Wholesale Shipping

We use UPS to ship all orders unless you prefer otherwise. Please specify if you would like to use another carrier, and we will gladly meet your request. Directions for using an alternate shipping method: simply select “OTHER SHIPPING METHOD” then write your detail shipping instructs on the “SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS” box  on the shipping method page during the checkout process.

US Shipping Rates

Actual shipping charges are determined when your order is ready to ship. Your shipping charge will determined base on the weight of your order, the method of shipping, and where you are having the order shipped. Since this information (particularly weight) is determined at the time of shipping, we can only make estimations beforehand. Wholesale Returns

Please contact us about any problem or discrepancy with an order, as soon as possible. Contact Customer Service at 877.577.0006 or e-mail at support@blanksplus.net. Make sure you have your invoice ready, including the style number, color and quantity you are inquiring about.

·         All returns and exchanges must be made within 7 days of the date you receive your order!

·         All returned or refused shipments are subject to a 25% in addition to freight.

·         All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number.

·         If you receive defective merchandise, it must be returned to us with a piece of tape to show us where the flaw is located.

·         Overstock items are final sale only. We will not accept returns on overstock or closeout items under any circumstances.

·         All returns must be sent prepaid at customer’s expense unless prior agreements have been made.

·         Altered garments are not returnable.

·         If you requested a refund, please include a copy of the invoice to ensure proper credit in a timely manner. Approximate turnaround time is two weeks.
